RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (VEGA)
All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW
Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
VEGA accepts returns subject to the conditions below.
Approved returns will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, after deduction of a ₹150 reverse pickup fee.
Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and passes the quality check.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after successful quality inspection
- The complete process (including transit and inspection) may take 7–10 days
- ₹150 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed within 24–48 hours after the product is received and approved.
- Subject to product, size, and stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, customers may opt for:
- A replacement product
- A refund (as per policy above)
REVERSE PICKUP
- Reverse pickup will be arranged from the delivery address upon approval
- A ₹150 pickup fee applies to all returns and exchanges
If reverse pickup is unavailable at the pin code, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Shipping risks during self-shipment remain the customer’s responsibility.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Returned with original tags, labels & packaging
Items showing signs of use, damage, odour, alteration, or washing will not be accepted.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once confirmed.
DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear unedited images and unboxing details where applicable.
Upon verification, VEGA will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
FINAL DECISION
VEGA reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on quality inspection.
